First and foremost you should diagnose what might be causing charging problems in your phone. Sometimes when your mobile phone’s battery gets too low it does not pick up charging at once, you have to keep the charger plugged in the phone and wait for a few minutes for the battery to pick up the charging process. Once you have accessed the diagnostic app tap on “Power Source” (Charging) test. This option will allow you to test on which power source your mobile phone is currently running. If your phone is running on battery power it will show a battery icon in the middle of the screen like this.

If you have connected your mobile phone with an external power source like wall charger it will show a power plug icon in the middle of the screen like this.

If your phone keeps showing battery icon even when you have plugged in the charger then some hardware issue is causing this problem.
